Preparing papers
We recommend that authors use the EPJ Web of Conferences Microsoft Word guidelines and templates to prepare their documents (see below). Please follow carefully the instructions.
Extra care should be taken when preparing reference lists. Indeed, online references will be linked to their original source, only if possible.
First of all, verify with the organizers the document type to be supplied:
- Format of the documents: 17 x 25 cm or A4,
- Type of files: print-ready PDF or text files (Microsoft Word),
- Short title of the conference to be inserted in the heading.
- Minimum pages: 4
- Maximum pages: 12
- Please observe an even number of pages.
If the conference organizers chose to provide print-ready PDF documents to the publisher, authors are asked to supply PDFs for all online and printed publication. Before making your PDF, please check PDF guidelines.
Authors are asked to submit their documents directly to the conference organizers.
